There are many team building activities available, however, most of them are either entertaining or educational. DLTC offers team building activities that are both entertaining and educational.  Develop new and practical life skills, learn more about yourself and your team’s dynamic interaction, improve both productivity and fun, and get healthy at the same time!

Although maybe daunting at first sight, all offered team building activities are safe and all exercises are manageable for anyone without injuries, however, participation is completely on your own responsibility and no liability for physical or psychological discomfort or injury will be assumed. The nature of these types of activities is highly interactive, therefore, committed and enthusiastic participation will increase the team building results tremendously.

This is not a passive ‘sit, listen, and take notes’ workshop! The workshop can contains the following elements:

  • Breathing and Meditation
  • Mindfulness
  • Becoming a black belt manager
  • Solo exercises and partner work
  • Foam sword sparring
  • Group photos
